If nothing changes over the next 12 months, you'll probably still be training 4-6 days a week, putting plenty of effort in and telling yourself you're making progress...
But when you look in the mirror, not much will have changed.
And the frustrating part is, it probably won't be because you're lazy or not trying hard enough.
You're just missing the structure and guidance to actually get the most out of the effort you're already putting in.
A year from now, you could still be in exactly the same position.
Or you could have a physique that actually reflects the work you've been putting in.
With a clear plan, the right approach for you, and the confidence of knowing you're actually moving in the right direction.
Helping men get more out of the work they're already putting in.
Different starting points. Different goals. Real people.
Helping clients get into the best shape of their lives.
I've spent the last 7+ years helping men get leaner, build more muscle and take their physiques further.
A lot of the guys I work with aren't complete beginners.
They already train.
They already put the effort in.
They've just reached the point where doing more of the same isn't getting them where they want to go.
That's where I come in.
These aren't hand-picked genetic freaks or people whose entire life revolves around the gym. They're normal blokes with jobs, families, social lives and different starting points. They just had the right structure, guidance and someone in their corner to help them make better decisions.

You train consistently.
You try to eat relatively well.
You probably know more about training and nutrition than the average person.
But despite all that, your physique isn't quite where you want it to be.
So naturally, you start changing things.
New programme.
More cardio.
Less food.
Different supplements.
Something you saw on Instagram that apparently changed someone's life in 6 weeks.
And before long, you're changing direction again without ever really knowing whether the last approach was actually working.
The issue usually isn't a lack of effort.
It's knowing what to do, when to do it and when to actually leave things the fuck alone.

The old approach is constantly changing things based on how you feel that week.
Good week? Change the plan.
Bad week? Change the plan.
Saw someone bigger than you on Instagram? Definitely change the plan.
The goal with coaching is to take that guesswork away.
We look at where you are, where you want to get to and what actually needs to happen to get you there.
Then we make decisions based on your actual progress, not emotion or whatever fitness trend is doing the rounds that week.
There's no magic formula.
And there isn't one perfect training programme or diet that works forever.
Your approach needs to change depending on where you are, what you've achieved and where you're trying to get to next.
That might mean getting leaner.
It might mean spending time maintaining.
Or it might mean finally giving yourself enough time and food to actually build some muscle.

The KJE System is about putting you in the right phase, at the right time, and making sure your training, nutrition and lifestyle all support that goal.
So instead of constantly wondering what you should do next, you've got a clear plan and a reason behind it.
Every week, we'll look at your progress and make sure we're moving in the right direction.
You're not left on your own until your next check-in. If something comes up, you've got me there.
As you progress, things change. Your training and nutrition should change with you, rather than following the exact same plan indefinitely and hoping for the best.
I'll explain the reasoning behind the decisions we're making. The goal isn't just to tell you what to do forever. It's to help you understand your own physique better as well.
Yes. The goal isn't to lock yourself away from your social life until you've reached your goal. We'll show you how to enjoy meals out, holidays and the occasional drink without feeling like you've completely ruined your progress.
Thankfully, no. Your nutrition will be built around foods you actually enjoy while still giving you what you need to make progress. You don't need a perfect diet. You need one you can actually stick to.
Then your plan needs to work around that. I've coached people working days, nights, rotating shifts and offshore. You don't need a completely perfect routine to make progress. We just need to find an approach that works around your actual life.
You're not the first. A lot of people come to me after having a pretty poor experience with another coach. Coaching shouldn't just be someone sending you a meal plan and programme, then asking how your week went every Sunday. We'll actually look at what's happening, make adjustments when they're needed and make sure you've got support throughout the process.
It depends. Your starting point, your goal and how consistently you can apply the plan will all play a part. But from day one, you'll know exactly what we're trying to achieve and how we're going to measure whether things are working. The aim isn't just to get you a quick result. It's to build something you can actually maintain and continue progressing from.
To be honest, you're probably the exact type of person I work best with. You don't need to be completely lost or starting from scratch. A lot of my clients have already made progress by themselves. They've just reached a point where they aren't sure what the next move is, or doing more of the same isn't getting them much further. That's where having someone else look at the bigger picture can make a massive difference.
If you've read this far and you're thinking:
"This is probably what I need right now."
Book in a call.
We'll spend 20 minutes looking at where you are now, what you're trying to achieve and whether I genuinely think I can help you get there.
If I don't think we're a good fit, I'll tell you.
No awkward sales pitch. No pressure to sign up on the call.
Just an honest conversation about what the best next step is for you.
